What is your MOQ?

For standard models, MOQ is 1–10 pieces depending on the size. Large sizes (DN1000+) can accept 1 piece.

What is your delivery time?

Normally: 15–25 days for standard dismantling joints 25–35 days for customized or large-diameter products Urgent orders can be arranged upon request.

What are your payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, LC at sight (for large orders), Trade Assurance orders available

What certificates can you provide?

ISO9001, Material Test Certificate (MTC), Coating Thickness Report, Hydrostatic Pressure Test Report

Can you do OEM or custom design?

Yes, we offer: Customized flange drilling, Customized length & movement range, RAL color coating / FBE epoxy coating, Special materials (SS304, SS316, CS, DI), Design based on customer drawings

What coating do you use?

Standard: Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) ≥250 microns, RAL epoxy paint (200–300 microns), Both suitable for drinking water and buried pipelines.

How do you pack the goods?

Strong fumigated wooden cases for small sizes, Metal pallets + straps for large diameters, Waterproof plastic film + foam protection, All packaging meets export standards.

Do you test every product before delivery?

Yes. We conduct: Hydrostatic pressure test, Sealing test, Dimensional inspection, Coating thickness inspection

Do you support third-party inspection?

Yes. SGS, BV, Intertek and customer-appointed inspectors are welcome.
